The new in-game bonus credits policy is as follows, and is subject to change:
In Game Bonus Credits are redeemable @ $25. If the credits from your order go under 1, and you then use in game bonus credits to keep playing, you can redeem them for $25, any amount over $25 is considered void and returned to our credit bank. This applies to Daily Wheels, etc. There is a One Week limit from your last order for that system for you to redeem in game bonus credits. This applies to every system EXCEPT JUWA 2.0, all rules are the same except JUWA 2.0 in game bonus credits will be redeemable @ $50. This is a tentative policy and is subject to change.
The previous rule of no in game bonus credits was a nightmare. Even though I direct everyone to read the redeem rules multiple times, as soon as you all get 25 cents on some in game wheel and get up to 80 bucks its your winnings and im now scamming you….on the other side it makes me feel like a jerk, and more often than not we lose the player. Seems pointless to me, so this is a compromise and a policy i’ve seen a number of other operations have. We’ll see how it goes
